At the heart of solutions: a change of method. “The projects are so in advance that time is lacking to refine the design,” deplores the president of the FFB 34. The stake is therefore clear: “do well at first” and reduce deadlines, estimated at five years, between the idea and delivery. “The out-site is relevant in a dense urban environment, but beware of the return of the standardized constructions of the years 1960-1970”, warns the representative of the professional organization who also pleads for “an adaptation of standards taking into account the local climate.
