CD Projekt has hired over 200 developers in recent months. The largest teams are working on The Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2.
Today, CD Projekt boasted its latest financial results and we can confidently say that the company has had a really successful period. Players are still eager to play titles such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt or Cyberpunk 2077, which translates into solid results and confirms the strength of both brands.
At the same time, the company clearly looks to the future. Over the last year, CD Projekt has significantly expanded its structures and hired over 220 new developers, preparing for the next major projects.
The team working on The Witcher 4 received the biggest reinforcement. This is where the largest number of new specialists came – currently 499 developers are working on the project. The creators are focusing, among other things, on refining the quality and developing the technology previously presented during Unreal Fest, where the first possibilities of a new approach to the series were shown.
“Over the past year more than 220 developers have joined our teams. Most of new hires are working on The Witcher 4 where they help to improve quality and scale up solutions presented in the Unreal Fest tech demo across the entire game.” – commented @michalnowakow on development… pic.twitter.com/wS5U4mT0rQ

The team responsible for Cyberpunk 2 is also systematically growing. 149 developers are already working on the project, and the team is still being expanded. CD Projekt is clearly investing in the development of both brands, at the same time wanting to maintain the high quality and scale of its future productions.
