On Saturday, March 7, the finalists enter the Strawberry Arena in Solna to fight for victory in this year’s Melodifestival and to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna later in May.
“This year’s final offers a strong and hit-packed starting field with several songs that made it onto the top charts in Sweden,” says Karin Gunnarssoncompetition producer at Melodifestivalen.

12. “Straight into the fire” – Brandsta City Släckers
The final of Melodifestivalen 2026 will be broadcast on SVT1 and SVT Play on Saturday 7 March at 8pm.
