An inspector from the Brussels-West police zone (Jette/Ganshoren/Koekelberg/Molenbeek-Saint-Jean/Berchem-Sainte-Agathe) was caught on Friday consuming cocaine at the Molenbeek-Saint-Jean police station. The facts, reported by Sudinfo, were confirmed Thursday by the Brussels prosecutor’s office, which summoned the inspector to appear before the criminal court.
According to Sudinfo, a colleague heard the inspector in question inhaling his dose in the toilets of the police station, located rue du Facteur. A subsequent check revealed the presence of traces of white powder in the bowl and the inspector was also in possession of narcotics. A test confirmed that it was indeed cocaine.
