Elton Prince has revealed that has undergone successful cervical fusion surgery after several months away from the rings. The WWE wrestler has not competed since May 2025, when he suffered a severe neck injury during a match.
As it became known this week, Prince had a significant cervical injury. The fighter himself confirmed on social networks that on Thursday he underwent surgery to a two level fusion in the neckending a long process of medical tests and pain.
In May I suffered a bad fall in the ring, I hit my head on the canvas and felt as if an electric shock ran through my neck and arms… Yesterday I successfully underwent a cervical fusion of two vertebrae. It’s not exactly what I expected at 28 years old, but I’m grateful to be on the mend.
Prince explained that His priority now is to fully recover.return to carrying out basic day-to-day tasks and focus on his family, especially his role as a father. He also thanked the support received during these months and the work of the medical team that has followed his case.
As Prince continues his rehabilitation, his teammate, Kit Wilson has continued competing alone in WWE. Wilson even debuted new entrance music recently, although he lost to Matt Cardona on SmackDown.
For now, There is no estimated date for return. of Elton Prince to the ring, since his focus is exclusively on recovery and coming back stronger when his body allows it.
