Lilli Hollunder’s recipe for 3-ingredient protein pasta
“No pasta is made faster and has more protein,” writes Lilli Hollunder enthusiastically on Instagram and shares the simple pasta recipe with her fans:
The ingredients:
- 2 glasses of thawed peas
- 1 glass of spelled flour
- Salt to taste
The preparation:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. Caution: If the dough is too wet, just add a little more flour. The dough must be easy to handle and should not stick to your fingers too much.
- Using scissors, cut the dough into a noodle shape directly into the boiling water.
- As soon as the noodles float to the top, strain them out – it’s super quick.
- Serve with any sauce you like. Bon appetite!

Protein pea noodles as a green filler
