29 Surfers Rescued This Saturday On Carcavelos…

A total of 29 surfers, between 15 and 40 years old, in difficulties due to the strong current, were rescued this Saturday afternoon on Carcavelos beach, in Cascais, finding themselves “physically well”, announced the National Maritime Authority.

In a statement, it is said that “29 surfers of various nationalities, between 15 and 40 years old, were rescued this afternoon, February 17th, who were in difficulty in the water on Carcavelos beach, in Cascais”. The alert was received at 17:25, “through the lifeguards of the winter device”, and “crew members from the lifeguard station were immediately activated to the scene, as well as members of the local command of the Cascais Maritime Police, supported by lifeguards and a jet ski
