From the House of Secrets to the filming studios: in a few months, Léo Nadler experienced a real emotional lift. Revealed during season 12 of Secret Story, broadcast in 2024 after seven years of absence, the influencer stood out for his naturalness and ease in front of the camera. While many were wondering what path he would take after the show, the young man surprised everyone: new project, accelerated retraining, but also a personal ordeal passed over in silence… Léo is now entering a new phase of his life, and he is finally accepting it publicly.

From Secret Story to Plus belle la vie, the rapid rise of Léo Nadler

Since his adventure in Secret Story, Léo Nadler has moved on to projects at an impressive speed. As soon as he left, he confided that he wanted to turn to modeling and especially to acting – a dream that he wasted no time in making come true. In April 2025, he officially announced that he was joining Plus belle la vie, even plus belle on TF1. A logical step, according to Christophe Beaugrand: “Shows Secret Story opens doors! » And Léo is not the only one to take this route: Justine, another participant in season 12, now co-hosts the Loto draws on TF1. Proof that the franchise continues to serve as a springboard for new talents. But behind this climb lies an ordeal that Léo had until then chosen to keep to himself. And he’s only just revealed what he’s been through.

The young influencer opens up about his cancer

It was on TikTok that Léo chose to recount an ordeal that he had preferred to keep quiet until now. A series of photos, sober, chronological, where he explains the discovery of his symptoms, the diagnosis, the operation, the post-operative examinations… but also the fear and the solitude which accompany these moments. In the caption, he delivers a text of great modesty: “I hesitated for a long time before talking to you about this part of my life. I think I was in denial myself. » He says that the cancer was detected early: “It spared me a whole course of chemotherapy or radiotherapy which would have disrupted my daily life. » He then thinks of all the people affected by the disease, and emphasizes how lucky he was, and the importance of consulting at the slightest sign: “If I speak to you today, it is also to encourage you to consult at the slightest suspicious symptom. » Six months after the operation, a decisive check-up took place: “Two weeks ago, I had a check-up to check if the tumor had returned. (…) The doctor told me that she had not returned. It’s a first victory. » Léo also details the rest of the protocol: monitoring every six months, but above all a last step, the most distressing for him: “The genetic test, scheduled for next week. This is the one that scares me the most. (…) It will allow us to know if the origin of my cancer is genetic, and therefore if I risk developing other cancers in the years to come. » In conclusion, he almost apologizes for having remained silent: “I hope you won’t be too angry with me for having hidden all this from you. (…) I have remained so discreet on the subject. Take care of yourself. »
