Can you change your mind once registered?

It should be noted that if a citizen who belongs to these eleven prioritized groups decides to register to vote digitally, they will not be able to change their mind later; their vote can only be done digitally and no longer in person at a voting location to avoid duplicate voting.

“If after registering, the person becomes discouraged and prefers to go to a polling station, they will not find their name at any physical voting table because their digital registration will be taken into account,” said Fernando Zapata.
