While regular appointments occur, november typically sees higher induction numbers. These newly appointed teachers are strategically placed across all school types, from primary and secondary institutions to vocational schools and specialized educational support centers. Minister Schwarz and State Secretary Dr. Manuel Lösel extended a warm welcome to these prospective teachers at various locations throughout Hesse.
Ceremonies Across Hesse: Kassel, Fritzlar, Gießen, and Bad Vilbel
Minister Schwarz officiated the swearing-in of approximately 145 new teachers in Kassel and 30 in Fritzlar. State Secretary Lösel administered the oath to around 120 and 100 teachers, respectively. We need dedicated young teachers like yourselves who actively contribute to shaping the future of our schools. We wish you every success as you begin your preparatory service, joy in your work, and a constant sense of security in your interactions with students,
