Australian logistics software company WiseTech Global has finalized an
agreement to acquire e2open, a software firm headquartered in Texas, for
$US2.1 billion, equivalent to $3.25 billion (AUD).This marks the largest
acquisition in WiseTech’s history.

The deal, announced early monday, will see WiseTech Global purchase
e2open for $US3.30 per share. The acquisition is entirely financed
through debt from a newly formed group of both domestic and international
