Wicklow Bus Accident: Man (80s) Injured

A man in his 80s has sustained serious injuries after he was struck by a bus in Co Wicklow yesterday.

The incident occurred shortly before 6pm on Station Road in Bray.

The man was taken to St Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin to be treated for serious injuries.

The road remains closed as gardaí conduct an examination.

Gardaí are appealing to road users and pedestrians who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.

They are specifically calling on those who may have footage, including dash-cam, and were in the area between 5.40pm and 6.10pm to make it available to investigating gardaí.
