13-year-old North West’s latest TikTok video has sparked a wave of fan disappointment and heated debate across social platforms. Viewers described the clip as unsettling, with many expressing sadness over the teenager’s radical look, from grills to a short leather outfit.

The reaction has amplified scrutiny of the family’s public image. The evidence rests on the TikTok clip showing North’s new nose, grills and leather attire, and on social‑media commentary captured by the outlets.
