Today at 14:00 Andrea Semplio should have undergone interrogation together with Alberto Stasi, ex -boyfriend of Chiara sentenced for murder to 16 years in prison and now in semi -freedom, but has chosen not to present himself because of a procedural defect, with “the invitation of the prosecutor considered null”. “The warning was missing pursuant to article 375 paragraph 2 letter d”, explained its lawyers.
