The family of Professor José Julián Soriano Martínez is appealing to the public for financial assistance to cover the costs of urgent cardiac surgery. While they have raised RD $1,500,000, they still need RD $1,700,000 to meet the total cost.
Professor Soriano requires a transcateter aortic valve implant (TAVI), a specialized procedure that costs over three million pesos.
