Sex Trafficking: Brothers’ High-Society Fall | US Conviction

by drbyos

Three brothers, including two of New York’s most successful luxury real estate agents, were convicted yesterday of sex trafficking after a week-long trial. They were accused of using drugs and violence to rape dozens of women they had dazzled with their wealth and opulent lifestyles.

The verdict came after 11 women testified that they had been sexually abused by one or more of the brothers: twins Oren and Alon Alexander, 38, and Tal Alexander, 39.

The women described assaults that occurred after they were invited to vacation spots such as the Hamptons, a Caribbean cruise and a ski trip in Aspen, Colorado. According to prosecutors, more than 60 women said they were raped by one or more of the brothers.

Arrested in 2024

“This verdict cannot undo the impact of the heinous abuse suffered by the Alexanders’ many victims, but it sends a message: New Yorkers want to end sex trafficking,” said Manhattan U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton.

Oren and Tal Alexander co-founded the luxury real estate agency Official, while Alon Alexander was an executive at a private security company. Tal Alexander faced a total of seven charges, while his twin brothers faced six. The brothers were arrested in December 2024 and have been imprisoned in Brooklyn ever since.
