The final chapter of the domestic drama between singer Raisa Andriana and actor Hamish Daud has finally arrived. The South Jakarta Religious Court has issued a divorce decision for the couple who married in 2017.
This decision was determined in verstek, considering that the defendant, Hamish Daud, never attended the scheduled trial. This divorce decision ended their marriage which had lasted for eight years.
Raisa’s attorney, Putra Lubis, confirmed the news. He explained that the main focus in this lawsuit was only about marital status.

“Thank God, we have broken up with the verstek, granted the lawsuit and declared that the marriage between Raisa and Hamish was broken up due to divorce,” said Putra Lubis via short message to journalists, Tuesday (16/12/2025).
Meanwhile, the matter of child custody has been agreed upon by both parties outside the court process. The agreement that Raisa and Hamish took was to implement a co-parenting system or joint childcare.
“So Raisa and Hamish’s focus is only regarding their marital status, which has now been divorced, regarding custody they have agreed with co-parenting,” explained Putra Lubis.
Regarding Raisa’s response to the decision issued by the court, Putra Lubis said his client accepted it well.
“He just said thank you and also informed Hamish,” he concluded.
The couple has announced their agreement to separate from October 2025. Both of them also confirmed that they will remain the best co-parents for their daughter.
Putra Lubis also strongly denied the issue of there being a third person in his client’s household. He emphasized that this divorce was purely a mutual decision and was resolved amicably.
