Collecting and systematizing the learning achieved in the application of pedagogical methodologies adapted to the particularities of the communities, is the purpose of the Departmental Education Forum, meeting that the Ministry of Departmental Education will carry out on Monday 15 and Tuesday, September 16 at the Metropolitan Cultural Center of Armenian conventions from 7:00 am to noon. A space in which it is expected to promote dialogue between teachers, teaching managers, students, parents, and other actors in communities linked to educational institutions of the 11 non -certified municipalities.
This was defined by the quality director, attached to the sectional portfolio, Ángela María Marín Valencia, who stressed that “The conclusions and proposals that are recorded in the Rapporteur will be the supplies that Quindío will contribute for the construction of the National Education Decenal Plan 2026-2035“. To this end, the forum has promptly established the programming of both days, occupying on Monday with the conference ‘The school in rurality: innovation, relevance and hope’, by the doctor in education and society, Cristian Camilo Reyes; which will be followed by a discussion panel with special guests and subsequently, a dynamic of discussion in groups on different thematic axes.
Meanwhile, Tuesday will be the time to socialize successful cases in their execution or that open innovative perspectives. For this, three categories have been opened: significant experiences, inspiring, and good classroom practices. Through this mechanics, the Quindío government takes into account that each territory presents differentiated realities that impose different challenges and opportunities, and in the construction of the policy that will govern education for 10 years, it is necessary to include a pluralistic vision that takes into account these innate differences.
