The early days were undeniably intense for the McCaughey septuplets. After spending three months in the hospital to gain strength, they finally came home. As they grew, each septuplet began to forge their own distinct path.

Now, almost three decades later, the seven babies who once shared a womb have matured into adults, each with their own careers, families, and identities.

Here’s an update on what the McCaughey septuplets are doing now.

Where are the McCaughey septuplets now?

The septuplets all graduated from Carlisle high School in 2016 and embarked on their individual journeys into adulthood. Four of them – Natalie, kelsey, Nathan, and Joel – received scholarships to attend Hannibal-LaGrange University. Meanwhile, Kenny and Alexis chose to study at Des Moines Area Community College.

Brandon chose a different path, enlisting in the U.S. Army.

Since then,public updates about their lives have been infrequent. The most detailed glimpse came in 2019 when their older sister, Mikayla, penned birthday letters to each of her siblings. Their mother, Bobbi, later shared these letters, offering insights into their lives and personalities.

Brandon, now an Army sergeant, was described by Mikayla as “the most hardworking and driven person I know … funny and giving positive encouragement to those around him.”

He is now married to Alana, and they have a daughter named Ellie.

Kenny has established his life in Dallas Center with his wife, Synthia, and is also a father. Mikayla described him as “hilarious and kind… always willing to help those who need it” and someone who readily shares his snacks.
