Participants emphasized the necessity of a unified agenda across different levels of goverment to improve economic and fiscal conditions, eliminating distortions like retentions that disproportionately affect agriculture.
The reduction of provincial asymmetries was also a key topic, with recognition of the provinces’ vital role in providing essential public services and the challenges they face in financing these services. The governors stressed that provinces have already made significant cuts and that further efforts are needed to ensure equitable distribution of resources.
This effort is from all Argentines and provinces have made larger cuts.

Investment in infrastructure, including roads, ports, and the Paraná-Paraguay waterway, was identified as crucial for reducing logistics costs and facilitating the export of agribusiness products, thereby promoting national integration with global trade.
The Nation may not do public works, not maintaining, cutting expenses and programs, but for the provinces and the mayors it is indeed very challenging as the neighbors claim it directly.
