You take charge of the responsibility of a 1st line LCB-FT team within the Customer Services Department, with a key role in risk management.
2/ What will be your missions?
Manage and lead the team of 8 employees
- Define, plan and monitor team activitiesby prioritizing and organizing everyone’s missions to guarantee the effectiveness of AML-CFT systems.
- Supporting employees in their activity (processing of alerts, responses to requests for opinions from management services, implementation of customer knowledge remediation operations, etc.).
- Supervise and develop team skills : lead the team on a daily basis, evaluate employees, ensure the development of their skills and manage HR aspects related to your N+1.
- Describe the service’s objectives into operational action plans et explain it to employees.
Manage the 1st line LCB-FT system
- Supervise the progress of actions related to the processing of alerts issues des filter tools du service LCB-FT (GNS for the detection of sensitive people, AFTERDATA for the detection of atypical operations), and handle the most complex cases.
- Ensure the implementation of developments in AML-FT systems (updating the team’s internal procedures, and participation in the development of operational procedures on AML-CFT aspects, in conjunction with the Control & Procedure team).
- Be a force of proposal in terms of methodology and contribute to the process of continuous improvement of the quality of the AML-CFT system, in collaboration with the Financial Security teams.
Ensure monitoring of controls and reporting
- Ensure the smooth running of current AML-FT activities (evaluations, controls, etc.).
- Carry out management control on team activities.
- Produce activity reports and ensure its reliability
Maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders (networks, service providers, internal teams, etc.), including with other departments of the Customer Services Department (DSC) by providing opinions/explanations when necessary.
3/ In what environment will you operate? :
You will join the Customer Services Department, where you will take charge of the management and leadership of a team of 8 AML-CFT managers. You work under the responsibility of the Manager of the AML-CFT and Life Customer Tax activities of the Savings & Retirement Department, in a collaborative and demanding environment.
4/ Are you the person who will be able to take on this challenge?
Graduate of a higher education in Insurance Regulation, or Risk/Complianceyou justify 3 to 5 years of experience on a similar position, including at least a first successful experience in team management.
You have recognized managerial skills: agility, active listening, empathy, ability to convince and gain buy-in, decision-making, delegation, team leadership, etc.
Equipped with a excellent interpersonal skills, You know work in a team and in project mode in a demanding environment.
You have solid legal and regulatory knowledge in AML-CFT.
Vos analytical capabilities and your spirit of synthesis are accompanied by a real writing fluency. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and responsiveness within tight deadlines.
Your expertise allows you to adapt and analyze regulatory changes that may have an impact on your business, and to propose changes to the compliance system if necessary.
Finally, you are comfortable with office and business tools (filtering tools).
