Within the Customer Services Department, our ambition is to be chosen for the quality of our management. Inasmuch as Life Insurance contract manager, you play a key role in the satisfaction of Abeille Assurances customers and their distributors.
2 / What will be your missions?
- Analyze and process management actions relating to the life of the life insurance contract and the capitalization contract, namely new business, payments, arbitrations, total or partial redemptions, etc. in complete autonomy,
- Collect with customers and distributors documents/information necessary for the proper management of your files, by mail, email or telephone,
- Control the documents transmitted (admissibility) and ensure their compliance with regard to the ACPR regulations and Fight against money laundering and financing of terrorism,
- Follow up with customers, the network (inspectors) and distributors (general agents and brokers) in the event of non-compliant files, by mail, email or telephone,
- Collect, analyze and process incoming requests customers, distributors and inspectors by telephone (incoming and outgoing calls), email or mail,
- Follow up requests for additional information and ensure the processing of files with the other services concerned,
- Communicate with customers, distributors and inspectors by telephone or email in order to inform them and meet their needs.
3 / In what environment will you operate? :
Within the Customer Services Department, you will join theBrokerage & Agents management team made up of around fifteen employees, under the responsibility of the local manager.
The role of the team is to take charge of a portfolio of individual life insurance and capitalization files, from standard to the most complex, and to respond to requests from customers and distributors.
You will work closely with the distribution networks for the benefit of our customers.

You are autonomousorganized and rigorous and are committed to the reliability of the files you follow. Your responsiveness, your sense of responsibility and your adaptability are well established.
You have a overall knowledge of the process of managing life and capitalization insurance contracts and make satisfaction clienta priority.
You are recognized for your relational ease, and your writing skills make you a privileged partner for our customers. You appreciate and have experience of customer/distributor relations by telephone.
You are comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, Office suite, management software, etc.).
You demonstrate a significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in a life insurance, savings or retirement contract management service within an insurance company or mutual insurance company.
