Stoni Leviston’s Journey
Stoni Leviston, known professionally as “Stoni,” is introduced as the mother of Rick Ross’ first child, Toie Roberts, born in 2002 after they had been together for three years. Beyond her relationship with Rick, Stoni is a businesswoman and entrepreneur. She owns a high-fashion boutique called Instatique, based in Miami, Florida, and is set to embark on a new endeavor as a podcast host.
The Sex Tape Scandal
In 2009, an infamous dispute between Rick Ross and fellow rapper 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson III) erupted when a 13-minute sex tape featuring Stoni was leaked. Framed to sensationalize the conflict, the narrative was rife with drama as 50 Cent allegedly sought to provoke Rick Ross.
Stoni filed a lawsuit against 50 Cent, demanding $15 million in damages over the breach of privacy. She alleged that the leaked sex tape caused her significant emotional distress, leading her to feel suicidal. In her Netflix interview, Stoni expressed her feelings during that dark period, stating, “In that second my whole life changed. I became suicidal. I didn’t want to live anymore.”

The legal battle concluded in 2015 when 50 Cent settled with Stoni for $5 million, settling the claims that she had publicly ridiculed him and suggested that he had obtained the tape through illegal means.
Stoni’s Current Life
Today, Stoni continues to be a prominent figure in both her personal and professional life. In her Netflix appearance, she discussed her experiences living in the Miami home that Rick Ross owns. Although her current relationship status is undisclosed, she remains a strong advocate for her daughter, Toie Roberts, and is actively involved in her fashion business, Instatique.
