The acquisition builds upon a long-standing partnership between Kendox and Coorum. The primary objective is to leverage the combined strengths of both entities, offering an enhanced product range and a larger, more skilled workforce to their clientele and partners. Crucially, all existing software solutions offered by Coorum will continue to be supported and maintained without interruption. This ensures a seamless transition for existing Coorum customers, with continued access to the support they have come to expect.

Integration and Leadership Transition

As part of the integration process, Coorum Information Technology will be promptly integrated into Kendox Austria GmbH. A well-defined succession plan is also in motion.Adelheid Richter, the former Managing Director and Sales Manager of Coorum, is retiring. Her responsibilities will be gradually transferred to Meike Nowotny, who currently holds the sales management position for the Kendox Group in Austria. This transition aims to maintain continuity and ensure a smooth handover of leadership.
