The acquisition builds upon a long-standing partnership between Kendox and Coorum. Crucially, all existing software solutions offered by Coorum will continue to be supported and maintained without interruption. Integration and Leadership Transition
As part of the integration process, Coorum Information Technology will be promptly integrated into Kendox Austria GmbH. A well-defined succession plan is also in motion.Adelheid Richter, the former Managing Director and Sales Manager of Coorum, is retiring. Her responsibilities will be gradually transferred to Meike Nowotny, who currently holds the sales management position for the Kendox Group in Austria. This transition aims to maintain continuity and ensure a smooth handover of leadership.
Moreover, franz Suttner will step down from his current role but will remain with the company as the Head of Advice and Projects. This strategic move is designed to preserve established customer relationships and foster lasting corporate growth.
