An Ex On The Beach star, Jack Fraser, 34, is wanted in Spain over allegations of large-scale drug trafficking. It comes after the seizure of over 180 kilograms of cocaine. Fraser appeared before Westminster Magistrates’ Court and was labeled a “serious organised criminal.”
Jack Fraser’s Alleged Involvement in Drugs Trafficking
The CPS Prosecutor Andrew Held asserted that Fraser was involved in the trafficking of 184kg of cocaine, seized from a boat named Eulalia on November 15, 2021. Held claims that Fraser’s involvement was crucial, providing logistical support to other members of the group, such as paying for accommodation for crew members.
Held also alleged that Fraser had a significant incentive to flee due to the charges and the potential for deportation to Spain if released from prison on bail. Fraser, however, denies all charges.

Previous Legal Issues
Fraser’s current case is not isolated. He appeared before Maidstone Crown Court in April 2023, where he was convicted of supplying class A drugs between March 3 and June 30, 2020. Despite admitting to the offense, Fraser contested the amount of cocaine involved.
At his initial sentencing, Fraser faced between 6 to 9 years in prison, but the proceedings are currently on hold, pending a May 16 hearing.
Extradition Threats
The Spanish authorities contend that Fraser played a central role in the drug trafficking operation, which supports their efforts for extradition. Held argued that Fraser represents a significant risk of flight, given his lengthy criminal history and potential deportation threat.
Representing Fraser, Amabel Kerr advocated for conditional bail, emphasizing his legal compliance and family responsibilities. However, Judge Stephen Leake ruled against this, citing the huge amount of drugs involved and the financial surety as insufficient.
Fraser’s Personal Background
To his 43,000 Instagram followers, Fraser is known as a doting dad to his 18-month-old son and a gym enthusiast. He has stayed in the public eye through his appearances on reality TV shows like ‘Ex On The Beach’ and ‘The Only Way is Essex.’
Fraser’s recent legal troubles overshadow his reality TV persona, but his denial of involvement in the Spanish drug case remains steadfast.

Previous Legal Troubles and Driving Convictions
Fraser’s legal troubles are not new. In July 2020, he avoided a prison term after admitting harmful driving and aggravated vehicle taking following a confrontation with police. A stolen BMW, which he was banned from driving, was involved in a high-speed chase before he was arrested.
Fraser has accumulated various driving convictions dating back to 2013, which includes dangerous driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and causing death by dangerous driving.
