After the second defeat of the season, the EHC Basel is in the bottom
After the narrow home defeat against HC Sierre last Tuesday, EHC Basel also lost the away game against HC Thurgau 1: 4 and is therefore in the last place in the table. A strong reaction is already necessary against the current league leader, the GCK Lions.
The Basler started the game well, but a first mistake promptly led to Thurgau’s leadership. An unspecified disc was intercepted by Lekic and whose shooting shot is distracted by Rundqvist. As a result, the Basler were able to earn good opportunities, but repeatedly failed due to Hüet. The Eastern Swiss showed themselves more efficient.
