The state final certification of students in grades 9 and 11 was successfully carried out. Without a single violation. All graduates of the district schools received a certificate of education. At the same time, 34 graduates received a certificate of secondary education with honors and the medal “For special successes in teaching”: 23 – gold (I degrees), 11 – silver (II degrees), which is 12 medals more than last year.
With particular pride, we note that two graduates of secondary schools of the Aksubaevsky district demonstrated outstanding knowledge, gaining one hundred -bell results.
Also, a huge achievement in the field of education is an increase in the number of prizes following the results of the All -Russian and Republican Olympiads of schoolchildren from 26 to 38.
At the same time, among the prizes there is a winner of the final stage of the All -Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren using technology.
Also in our piggy bank, the result of the international level is the winner of the XII International Olympiad in the Tatar language.
All the necessary conditions for the education and education of children have been created. Capital repairs were carried out at MBOU “Aksubaevskaya secondary school No. 1 named after V.G. This year, Aksubaevsky schoolchildren brilliantly demonstrated their abilities in various fields – from the exact sciences to humanitarian disciplines.
I would especially like to note the successes of the Aksubaevsky secondary school No. 3, which is traditionally the leader of the Olympiad movement in the area. Students of this school won 14 prizes, demonstrating a high level of training in various subjects.
Particular pride is the victory of Philip Setrov, a student of grade 9, at the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren in technology (teacher-mentor Yuri Nikitovich Makarov). This achievement has become a real triumph for the whole area!

In 2025, graduates of general educational organizations of the Aksubaevsky district demonstrated impressive results indicating a high level of education in the region. All 84 graduates successfully completed training and received certificates, and 34 of them were awarded medals “for special successes in the doctrine” (23 gold and 11 silver), which is a confirmation of their zeal and talent.
It is especially worth noting the excellent results of the exam that exceeded republican indicators for key subjects, such as Russian, mathematics, chemistry, biology, history, social studies, computer science and English. The presence of 50 high -point results indicates the purposeful and effective work of teachers and students. Filling information about the high achievements of the graduates of the Aksubaevsky district in 2025, it should be especially noted the presence of a hundred -balular results of the exam:

Milena Ovchinnikova from MBOU “Aksubaevskaya Secondary School No. 3” reached the maximum 100-point result in chemistry and the Russian language. It is aimed at developing schoolchildren’s abilities in mathematical and accurate sciences, which contributes to the growth of the number of graduates entering technical universities. This is an important step to provide the future area with qualified personnel.
In order to form a single educational space, by order of the Ministry of Education in the new academic year, a single pound planning is introduced in individual academic subjects, the number of tests is regulated, and the requirements for the load on schoolchildren are changed.
How does a talented support system develop?
A system for supporting talented children has been created and actively developing in the area, which includes targeted identification, creating opportunities for the development of creative abilities, orientation on high -quality participation in olympiads and competitions of different levels.
Every year, a ceremony of honoring the winners and winners of the All -Russian and Republican Olympiads of schoolchildren is held, where they are awarded a monetary reward in the form of a grant of the head of the district. Psychological and pedagogical classes interact with the Nizhnekamsk Pedagogical College and the Naberezhnchelninsky State Pedagogical University, agricultural technology classes-the Axubaevsky technical school of universal technologies, Kazan State Agrarian University, LLC Volga-Selekt and JSC Holding Company, engineering classes-Kazan National National Research Technological University. Are all schools of the district ready by September 1 in terms of repair, safety and equipment?
Before the start of the school year, all educational organizations undergo a verification of readiness to conduct educational and educational activities. Members of the commission checked the readiness of educational institutions for the new school year: all internal premises and adjacent school territories, monitor the state of fire and anti-terrorism safety, sanitary-epidemiological, hygienic and medical support, and the technical condition of buildings. According to the results of the commission, it was revealed that all 28 schools and 11 kindergartens are ready for the beginning of the school year.
How is the issue of lack of pedagogical personnel, especially in rural schools, is resolved?
The problem of the lack of teachers is one of the most acute and urgent problems of modern education. The main solution to the problem, of course, is to attract new personnel. In particular, in the new academic year, two young specialists are entered in the district schools.
In schools, work is underway to increase the interest of students in the profession “Teacher” through the opening of psychological and pedagogical classes. Currently, such classes are open in five schools in the district. In the new academic year, it is planned to open two more classes.
Also, work is underway with graduates on the receipt of higher and vocational education in the educational organizations in the pedagogical area for targeted training.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan also provides grant support for young teachers. The implementation of the project “Kinogoloki in Russian schools” will continue. At the municipal level, a security forum will be held, in which teachers, students and parental public will take part. It is planned to organize a charitable fair “with the hands of children for defenders of the Fatherland.” In all educational organizations, to the Day of the Heroes of the Fatherland, courage and meetings with the participants in Svo will be held, the meetings of the “unspoken professions” will also be held, where the participants will discuss rare military professions that have made a significant contribution to a great victory.
How do school schools involve students in volunteering and socially useful projects?
In recent years, many schools in the district are actively working in this direction. This not only helps to develop in children a sense of responsibility and social activity, but also contributes to the formation of a civil position.
One of the main ways to involve students is the organization of various events, such as subbotniks, charitable actions, environmental projects, Timurovo movement, etc.
In all secondary schools, there are volunteer detachments that have more than 200 students. They are involved through circle activities, patriotic actions, extracurricular activities, scientific and practical conferences, holding festivals of patriotic songs, views of military-building training contests, meeting with participants in their own, local wars, with veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, public organization “I serve the Fatherland”, with volunteers of our region.

Most schools cooperate with the volunteers of the district, who provide humanitarian assistance to the participants of the special military operation (SV) and their families. Pupils help knit camouflage networks, make special devices necessary in the zone of it, write letters to soldiers and much more. This enables adolescents not only to show their organizational abilities, but also to see the real influence of their activities on the life of other people.
Is there enough places in kindergartens in the area, and how is the problem of queues solved?
In kindergartens and in preschool groups of general educational organizations, one hundred percent accessibility of preschool education for children of all age categories is ensured. There are no queues.
What support is children with disabilities and their teachers?
For children with disabilities, special conditions for training and education have been created, taking into account their features and contribute to compensation and correction of violations. The main of these conditions in our schools is: adaptation of the educational program (reducing the volume of material, changing the requirements for evaluation, etc.); Adaptation of methods and forms of training (the use of visual aids, games, individual or group work, etc.).
Also, for children who cannot attend school for health reasons, home schooling is organized. All children with disabilities and children with disabilities are provided with free meals.
For teachers working with children with disabilities, they conduct professional retraining and (or) advanced training courses on the characteristics of the organization of training and education of such children. All the necessary information and methodological materials on organizing work with children of this category are brought to the attention.

The main indicator of the success of the education system, I consider the level of training of graduates, which includes not only knowledge and skills, but also the ability to use them in real life. This is manifested in the successful adaptation of graduates in the labor market, their ability to critical thinking, solving problems and interaction with other people.
Of course, one must not forget about other important aspects: the accessibility of education, its quality, the level of training of teachers, the material and technical base. But all these factors, ultimately, should work for the main goal – the formation of a harmoniously developed, competent and successful person.
