Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, approved the movement of deputy heads of neighborhoods, centers, and cities, within the framework of ensuring the infusion of new blood, and the application of the principle of job rotation, in a way that achieves the interest of the citizen, contributes to changing the cultural appearance of the street, and accelerates the pace of service provision.

The Governor of Giza indicated that the movement aimed to improve the level of services provided to citizens and work according to the mechanisms and needs of each stage, directing the need to pay attention to the hygiene system, controlling markets, responding immediately to the demands and complaints of citizens, working to resolve them, confronting any violations, and following up on the implementation of the investment plan projects.
Assigning and transferring a number of heads of centers and districts
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, had recently issued a decision to limit movement between the heads of centers and neighborhoods, as part of an effort to renew blood flow and advance the work system with elements capable of following up, achieving, and completing the development process.
Giza Governor’s Decision No. 1977 of 2025 included appointing Engineer Yassin Sayed Yassin to work as head of the Auseem Center and City, Ramadan Abdel Rahman Abdel Bari to work as head of the Abu Nomros Center and City, Mahmoud Muhammad Zain al-Abidin as head of the Ayat Center and City, Zeinhom Ahmed Abbas Muhammad as head of the Badrashin Center and City, and Nabil Qadri Abdel Baqi as head of the Munira al-Gharbiyya neighborhood.
