The Role: A Deep Dive into manufacturing and Quality Assurance
The Supplier Quality Engineer will act as the primary on-site expert, deeply involved in manufacturing processes, yield optimization, and overall factory readiness for mass production. This requires a comprehensive understanding of display technology and related components, enabling the engineer to deliver tangible results within demanding timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of factory output, yield rates, and preparedness for scaling production.
- Spearheading innovative quality systems to proactively identify potential risks and prevent quality-related issues.
- Fostering close collaboration and clear communication with both internal teams and suppliers across various countries.
- Providing leadership and driving expectations for yield and operational excellence through direct engagement, continuous dialogue, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

- Hands-on experience in failure analysis within the display field, along with a general understanding of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
- Proficiency in using failure analysis tools like FIB-SEM, AFM, FTIR, and CT-scan to conduct complex investigations.
- A Bachelor of science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience in a related engineering discipline.
