Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace’s Nightmarish Journey with Fake Ozempic Jabs

SLOWLY lifting her head off her sweat-drenched pillow, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace vomits into the sick bucket next to her bed. It is the third time in just 10 minutes she has thrown up.

But Aisleyne, the 45-year-old former Big Brother star, hasn’t been struck down with a seasonal illness. Her debilitating condition is a grim repercussion of the fake ‘Ozempic’ jabs she purchased on the black market.

“I know I can be dramatic but I thought it was the end of me. I thought I was going to die,” she tells Fabulous.

Her ordeal highlights the dangers of using black-market medication, which has gained increasing attention as a significant health risk.

The Perilous Journey

Aisleyne is no stranger to plastic surgery, having undergone a €10,000 Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, Botox, fillers, and a breast augmentation with size 900CCC implants—the largest available in the UK.

However, her pursuit of body perfection nearly ended tragically when she turned to fake jabs. Like thousands of women, she fell victim to social media ads promising weight loss and other health benefits from fake versions of Mounjaro, or Ozempic.

“It was awful. I was on my own and I couldn’t leave my bed for days. I had thrown up three buckets of vomit, then I had diarrhoea; I could barely make it to my bathroom,” she recounts.

A Dark Place

Aisleyne’s descent into despair began after her best friend Femi died of a heart attack, followed by her nephew Jordan’s tragic death three months later. These events left her in a “dark place,” leading her to seek quick fixes for her weight.

Spotted an opportunity on Instagram, she bought four counterfeit Ozempic syringes for £300, believing they were legitimate.

“I just thought they must be the same as what the NHS prescribes, just different packaging. I was so naive,” she admits.

While the real Ozempic helps reduce appetite and lower blood sugar, Aisleyne’s batch was anything but legitimate.

The Side Effects

Within two months of injecting the fake jabs, Aisleyne experienced severe side effects, including intense nausea and severe vomiting.

“It was absolutely petrifying, and I knew I needed to call 999, but I couldn’t move my body or even see anything.”

Her vision was blurred, and she struggled to cope, resorting to natural remedies to recover. To date, she suffers from persistent blurred vision in one eye.

The Hidden Dangers

Buying from the black market for prescription drugs can lead to serious health issues. Countless people are misled by false advertisements claiming unregulated, unapproved products are safe.

In September of last year, the demand for weight loss and diabetes drugs spurred a criminal effort to package autoinjector
