The first aid to Gözde Yılmaz, who was engulfed in flames, was given by her friends who were with her. The group tried to extinguish the fire in panic and reported the situation to the medical teams. Yılmaz, who was taken to the hospital by ambulance at the scene, suffered third-degree burns on his body. It was learned that the young woman’s treatment in intensive care continues and her life-threatening condition continues.

According to the news of Gamze Şimşek from Ekol TV, Mehmet Bedirhan Ucak, who witnessed the incident, explained what happened as follows:
“We were sitting at the table, and suddenly a woman we did not know came. She poured the flammable substance in her hand on our friend and set it on fire. Six of us tried to put it out together, but it was very difficult. Our friend’s body was almost completely burned, and she is still suffering in the hospital.”
ATTACKER WAS ARRESTED
The female suspect, who escaped after the attack, was caught as a result of the work carried out by the police teams in a short time. The attacker, who was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station, was arrested by the court and sent to prison. While the police evaluated that the incident was committed due to jealousy, it was reported that the investigation continues in many aspects.
