Reinaldo Wabeke (42) He is a man who, for almost two decades, has carried the weight of a fame that was forged in prejudice and consolidated in scandal. At 24 years old, he came to light for an event as unusual as it was moving: his marriage to Adelfa Volpean 82-year-old woman, 58 years older than him. Today, after serving a sentence for drug trafficking and newly married for the third time, His life is still marked by mistrust and fear of betrayal..
Reinaldo’s story with Adelfa, owner of a pharmacy chain and member of a wealthy family, goes back to his childhood. “My dear Delfa, beloved, I met her when I was four years old. She was my mother’s client. My mother was a witch, she was a parapsychologist,” Reinaldo told TN. The dark stage: drug trafficking and life behind bars
Life after Adelfa led him to venture into entertainment, doing theater and television appearances, but it also dragged him into his “darkest stage”. Reinaldo was arrested in April 2020 transporting almost five kilos of cocaine on the Rosario-Santa Fe highway, an act for which he was sentenced to five years in prison for drug trafficking.
He, over the years, admitted his mistake: “I got into it because of economic insecurity. I started it all because I had panic attacks and was very unwell.”

He referred to prison as “a traumatic experience,” where he experienced moments of extreme vulnerability. “In Penitentiary Unit No. 11 of Piñero I was a year threatened with deathI lived stuffed,” he recalled.
After getting out of jail, Reinaldo remarried. She met her new husband, Javier Elías Salazar, inside the prison. “I married a 26-year-old boy. We met in prison. He is a wonderful person, the love of my life. I never loved anyone the way I love him,” she said enthusiastically. This is his third marriage, after that of Adelfa and another equal marriage with a man, Cristian, whom he divorced while in prison, and who stole from him and betrayed him.

The current union, however, is colored by the bitter experiences of past betrayals. “My ex-husband stole everything from me. It was Cristian, not to mention his last name. He stole money from me during my five years in prison. He even took me out on social media. It has my entire life and the millions of pesos that I had saved“, accurate.
