Vermillion, S.D. – The North Dakota volleyball team will travel to Vermillion to take on the Coyotes in a Summit League matchup on Saturday at 5 p.m. from Sanford Coyote Sports Center. Coverage can be found on Summit League Network.
The Hawks are coming off a 3-1 victory over Kansas City on Thursday night at home. Three different Hawks scored double-digit kills for the second time this season, as Matthea Dalton had a match best 12 kills, followed by 11 from Paige Barber and 10 from Ava Galvan.
The Coyotes are coming off a 3-1 victory over Denver on Thursday night, currently riding a heat wave with five wins in their last six matches. They own a 14-7 record this season and a 6-3 record in conference.
It is the 93rd career meeting between the two programs, as North Dakota opened up Summit League play with a victory over the Coyotes in four sets on Sept. 25 from the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. Barber recorded 23 kills, her first 20 or more kill performance of her career.
UND owns a 14-18 record all-time at South Dakota, looking for its first win in Vermillion since Nov. 1, 2011.
