HAVING SEEN File No. EX-2025-108622833-APN-DGDYD#MJ, and
CONSIDERING:
That Dr. Roberto Manuel LÓPEZ ARANGO has submitted his resignation, as of October 11, 2025, to the position of CHAMBER JUDGE OF THE FEDERAL CRIMINAL ORAL COURT OF PARANÁ, PROVINCE OF ENTRE RÍOS.
That this is issued in use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 4 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINE NATION
Decrees;
ARTICLE 1.- As of October 11, 2025, the resignation presented by Dr. Roberto Manuel LÓPEZ ARANGO (DNI No. 8,399,848) to the position of CHAMBER JUDGE OF THE FEDERAL CRIMINAL ORAL COURT OF PARANÁ, PROVINCE OF ENTRE RÍOS, is accepted.
ARTICLE 2.- Communicate, publish, give to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION and archive it.
