The Île-aux-Tourtes bridge, which links Senneville in the west of Montreal to Vaudreuil via highway 40, will be closed from Friday 11:59 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
Detours to the east will be upstream, via the ramp to the East A-30, exit 5 to the A-20 East and exit 39 to Boulevard des Anciens-Combattants. For trucks, it will be exit 60 (A-13 North), announces the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD).

To the west, the detour must be made at exit 44, via the A-40 west service lane, Chemin Sainte-Marie, the boulevard des Anciens-Combattants Sud, the A-20 West and the 29 exit to the A-30 West.
On the other hand, despite the announcement, the work could be postponed, extended or canceled due to operational constraints or unfavorable weather conditions, reports the MTMD.
As of October 6, a new configuration to the bridge approaches will be implemented. As a major point, the closure of exit 40 will be closed until December.

Otherwise, the A-25 North will be completely closed from Friday 11 p.m. to Saturday 8 a.m., between exit 5 (R-138, rue Sherbrooke, Boulevard Yves-Prévost) and access to Boulevard Yves-Prévost.
Several segments of Montreal will also be closed, between Friday 10 p.m. and Monday 5 a.m. This is the case of avenue Pierre-Dupuy in the two directions, under the A-10 (Bonaventure), from Boulevard Newman in both directions, between rue Hachez and 90e Avenue and avenue Viger Ouest, between the Saint-Denis and Sanguinet streets.
