The last Airvaudais-Val du Thouet community council took place on Tuesday, in the Tessonnière room. Olivier Fouillet, president of the Airvaudais-Val du Thouet (CCAVT) community of communes, began the session with one point on finances. Thus, the Community Council discussed the FPIC (National Fund for Eloconment of Inter -municipal and Communal Resources) 2025 for the CCAVT. The FPIC consists in leaving a fraction of tax resources from certain communities to donate it to less favored communities. Elected officials validated a distribution based on the CFE (Land contribution of companies): CCAVT € 338,000, Airvault € 211,963, Assis-les-Jumeaux € 25,252 € 252, Availles-Thouarsais € 6,304, Boussais € 11,825, Le Chillou € 4,881, Irais 7,617 €, Louin € 24, € 567 Saint-Loup-Lamairé € 40,069, a total of € 675,624. Mr. Fouillet said: ” We no longer have the common detail by commune of samples and reversals or the statement by the State. The situation of certain municipalities is likely to be dramatic. Only municipalities with funding by companies in their territory will be able to get by. » Fluids (electricity, gas and water bills, charges, etc.). The objectives and means agreement between the CSC and the CCAVT was adopted on 1is July for the period 2025-2027. It defines the methods of the allocation of the annual subsidy, up to € 135,000.
The CCAVT has validated the proposal to integrate the maintenance of the premises of the childhood pole in the previous convention, which brings the grant of objectives and means between the CSC and the CCAVT to € 149,000. Similarly, for the agreement signed in 2008 between a Gâtine roof and the CCAVT, the care of fluids has been integrated. Thus, on presentation of the activity and financier assessments of the association and invoices of the PAJ fluids (youth animation point) 2024, the amount of grants 2025 will be € 1,304 for the operating equilibrium subsidy and € 3,325 for the management of PAJ fluids.
