Cherry did not only make the new European markets to clean up other small states from the list.
Cherry was also preparing to enter our market for two years. The task fell on two brands created for Europe. Jaecoo and Omoda are supposed to bring the best of China – a high technological level, quality of materials, processing in the packages that match Europeans. And not just that. Omoda and Jecco have long been preparing to enter our market so that customers get what they expect. Brands will therefore come with fully functional infotainments with language locations present practically immediately after entering the market. This is unique compared to other China manufacturers. However, the calm and gradual arrival of the market is also unique. To see that Cherry doesn’t want to underestimate anything and wants to do it as it should. So far, we do not know much about the distributors of distributors, we do not know where the showroom centers, service services and officially are not yet published even specific prices. However, we know the price levels, we know that the brands will have completely covered Slovakia and all other details are behind the door. At the same time we know complete technical information about cars IO equipment.
Two brands to cover the whole market. Omoda and Jecoo do not even bother with low cars that would simply not have a chance in our country. Both brands come with crossovers and SUV models. While Omoda (oxygen and fashion) is designed to bring stylish elegant ecology vehicles, Jecoo wants to be a brand for adventurers who are not afraid to enter the unexplored territory.
Omoda 5, Omoda 5 EV and other cars
From the beginning of the sale, the OMODA 5 twins with an internal combustion engine and Omoda 5 EV with an electric alternative will be available on our market. Both cars, as well as the Jaecoo models, passed the euroncap crash tests and stood excellent. Traditionally, Chinese will offer rich equipment at pleasant prices (from about 26,000 in the combustion version). Undoubtedly, the most interesting is the combustion of 5. The basic equipment includes a 7-speed DCT gearbox, front-wheel drive, discs on all wheels, 18-inch discs, a lot of assistants, airbags including center and then a long list of additional equipment including sports seats in a combination Audio, keyless and much more. The model measures 4373 mm in length.
Jaecoo 7 a Jaecoo 7 SHS
The second twin models labeled Jecoo 7 is larger in size. The Jacoo 7 is 4500 mm long and comes with the typical shapes of a classic medium -sized SUV instead of the SUV Coupe Coupe 5 style. The basic model has a subcaping the same gasoline turbo -engine with 7 DCT transmission, but there is also all -wheel drive and 600 mm wad. Here the interior is different with a vertically oriented 14.8 -inch infotainment display. Again, the car also works very well processed with a quality interior. The Jaecoo 7 goes even further than Omoda and adds comfortable elements such as acoustic glass, dual -zone air conditioning, upholstery in imitation leather and more. The front-wheel drive model should be available from 30,000 euros. The all -wheel drive version is about € 4,000 more expensive. The SHS model adds a plug-in hybrid. Later, Full Hybrid will also be available in these brands without charging and other smaller and larger models.
