by Archynetys Health Desk

From Monday 22 to Friday, September 26, at different facilities of the Fave Esperanza campus, a new edition of the Welfare Week will be held, organized by the Health Center, within the framework of the UNL healthy subprogram. It is an activity aimed at the university community of the National University of the Coast and the general public that wishes to participate. It aims to make visible the different health actions carried out by UNL, in addition to reinforcing and promoting a positive vision of health. For this reason, there will be workshops, talks and different promotions and sale stands.

The welfare week is an initiative created by the Pan American Health Organization, which is aimed at promoting health and well -being throughout the region of the Americas. It is about promoting the health promotion movement on the continent to enhance healthier communities, making visible actions with the commitment and participation of different actors.

The theme of the 2025 welfare week reflects intersectorality and health in all policies (SETP), as fundamental strategies to address living conditions that impact health and well -being. For this reason, the LEMA OF THE WEEK IS: BUILDING TOGETHER HEALTH AND WELFARE.
