At a time when the March 10 agreement ranges between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces in its place without starting the implementation of what was signed by Syrian President Ahmed Al -Shara, and the leader of “SDF” oppressed Abdi, two experts see a spoke to “Erm News” that the understanding between Damascus and the Kurds appears to be complicated.
The two experts say that the clear contradiction between the media escalation and the exchange of accusations on the one hand, and the continuation of the undeclared talks on the other hand, reflects the nature of the complex relationship between the Kurdish forces and Turkey, where each party is “a double game” based on a hard public discourse targeting its internal and regional audience.

The specialist in Turkish affairs, Mahmoud Alloush, said that the path of negotiations between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Damascus faces great complications, noting that the United States is trying to pay this path, but it has not yet exercised what should be pressure on Qasd to push towards the integration agreement.

Alloush added in a statement to “Erm News” that the SDF file is linked not only to the nature of the relationship between it and Damascus or even through the American worker on this issue where a set of complex factors interfere with this file from regional and international interventions in Syria, as well as external interference in As -Suwayda, which completed the efforts of the integration agreement.
He pointed out that Qasd is trying so far to buy more time to prolong negotiations and to impose its perceptions on the Syrian state regarding what is related to this process, ruling out the existence of indications of moving in this path, but the United States is trying to push towards moving this path in order to maintain the integration agreement and also in order to avoid a military escalation, especially since Turkey has begun to wave recently with the possibility of resorting to alternative options in the event that SDF continues Commitment to this agreement.

Alloush explained that the political settlement of the Qasd file is the perfect choice for all parties concerned with this issue except for Israel, which wants to keep the Qasd file frozen and not treated on the table for goals related to its perceptions of Syria and nourishing the conflict between the so -called minorities and the state in Syria.

While political researcher Ibrahim Kaban believes that the process of negotiations taking place between the forces under the table is accompanied by a kind of media shock in the public, noting that the process of communication and negotiation between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Turkish state continues, whether through Damascus or through the United States.

“Pressure Mechanism”
Kaban added in an interview with “Erm News” that Turkey in principle will present itself during the coming period as sponsoring this rapprochement between “SDF” and Damascus, provided that the Turkish National Security Authority and the Turkish interest in general are at the top of the list, while the United States is that its role is to create this kind of rapprochement between the “SDF” and Turkey forces.
He explained that the Kurdish and Turkish parties are awaiting the developments of the Kurdish-Turkish situation inside Turkey, indicating that this type of negotiation needs a long time and some secrecy, and a kind of use of tactics for each party, in addition to the pressures practiced by Türkiye.
He pointed out that the United States depends on the negotiation process between the two parties on the “pressure mechanism”, as it presses Damascus sometimes, and on the sins at other times, and the goal of this American strategy is to create a kind of balance and calmness in dealing with the two parties.
Kaban indicated that the Turkish role revolves around the process of stripping the Kurds of forces and weapons, and the two parties may have an interest in that there is a kind of political administration in exchange for ending the military file, but this issue needs a long time and calm to reach solutions, he said.
