Theme: AI agent-a trend with the present and future

Artificial intelligence is an issue that is currently as present as rarely before. But one thing is shown again and again: the term “AI” is understood differently depending on the target group – and thus rated differently. What appears as an opportunity for some is viewed critically or even misunderstood by others. This leads to misjudgments, false expectations – and not infrequently to investments that do not bring a clearly recognizable benefit today or in the future.

A current example of this is so-called AI agents. What sounds futuristic is no longer a vision: numerous companies already test the use of such systems. But the hype has dark sides. According to the Gartner analysis house, over 40 percent of these AI projects will be stopped or failed by 2027-often because they fail in practice or excessive expectations.
