The most important thing shortly

  • Natascha Ochsenknecht was operated on twelve times.

  • She floated in mortal danger twice.

  • The former model is not ashamed of its numerous scars.

The former German model Natascha Ochsenknecht (60) has had a long history of illness. The ex-wife of Uwe Ochsenknecht (69) had to get through a total of twelve operations. She now reports on her illnesses on Instagram – and reveals how the interventions have changed their appearance.

In 1976, the model broke a shin and fibula in 1976. In the same year there was a bone market inflammation on the elbow. After meningitis in 1982, their “jaw and frontal sinuses had to be snapped up and the nasal septum had to be directed”.

A almond surgery followed a year later. In 1987 the Germans died both feet when a table collapsed below it during a fashion show. She suffered a miscarriage three years later – Ochsenknecht was fifth month pregnant.

“Pregnant look” because of plastic support disc

In 1994 a life -threatening vascular narrowing in the model of the model led to an operation on the stomach. In 1998 there was finally an emergency surgery on the appendix. But the scar opened two years later at the birth of her daughter Chayenne, a second operation followed in 2002.

Here again life -threatening complications occurred: Ochsenknecht almost suffocated because too much mucus had collected in her neck after the operation.

In 2003 it turned out that her scar tissue in the abdomen was sewn too tight-a third abdominal surgery had to be carried out. Because of the plastic disc with a support function used, she now looks “a little pregnant,” said the 60-year-old.

Covid with drastic consequences

In 2005, the German was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroid disease. It takes nine years before she has to go under the knife again: a benign tumor was removed from her nose.

A year later she broke her right hand without the break being recognized promptly. This inflamed himself – a year later the hand broke again. In 2019, a cyst on Ochsenknecht’s lumbar spine was removed.

“I’m glad I still live”

Her condition worsened: «I had word finding disorders and scary, dementia-like conditions. I even forgot to put on my shoes in the morning. »

In 2024, a delayed pneumonia brings the mother of three to the hospital again. The disease had also triggered a nerve disease on the face.

Today you can see many scars on the body of the 60-year-old. But the German is unhappy about none of them: “I am glad that I am still alive,” she writes on Instagram.

There she asks you to never make fun of others or about illnesses. Because that is exactly what disturbs it the most: hate comments that criticize your body and appearance after years of tortur.

Are you satisfied with your body

“Perfect people are lonely,” she sums up in her post. Loneliness that might disappear if you stopped rushing. “Give joy, then you get joy back,” closes the 60-year-old.
