The Alzura B2B shopping platform has updated its “marketplace function,” focusing on technical and functional improvements. The primary goal is to enable buisness users to easily resell excess inventory or incorrect orders. The key update is that marketplace items are now integrated directly into the regular product search, eliminating the need for a separate search process.
The sales process remains largely unchanged. Sellers select an item, specify the price and quantity, and list the offer online. Two new filter functions have been added: one to display items without active providers and another to manage existing offers. In the supplier overview, marketplace items are highlighted to improve openness.
Enhanced delivery and Payment Options
The price binding of offers is 14 days by default, but can be adjusted or extended at any time.
Delivery conditions have also been optimized with standardized specifications to ensure smoother transactions between buyers and sellers. Offers are priced for a default period of 14 days, but this can be adjusted as needed.Retailers can also offer various payment methods,including invoice,prepayment,PayPal,or SEPA direct debit.
A new local pickup option allows buyers within a 20-kilometer radius to view available items. These offers are also featured in the “Express Tab,” designed for regional dealers to facilitate quick, on-site transactions. (JGH)
