On the occasion of the XIV International Congress of Dermatology 2025 (ICD 2025), held in Rome from 18 to 21 June, we interviewed Paolo Gisondi (Section of Dermatology, University of Verona), who guided us through the main challenges and progress in the personalized treatment of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Gisondi also deepened how the approach to the management of inflammatory comorbidity is evolving, offering a detailed analysis on how current and future therapeutic strategies sights to optimize the care paths and improve the quality of life of patients.
