Why We’re Asking You to Update Your Payment Info

Beginning in August 2025, PBS North Carolina will process all credit card donations through the University of North Carolina Foundation, Inc. using Blackbaud Merchant Services — a secure, trusted platform used by nonprofit organizations around the world.

If you currently donate by credit card, we kindly ask you to update your payment information to ensure your gift continues without interruption. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Note: If your sustaining gift is made by direct debit (EFT) from a bank account, no action is needed — your donation will continue as usual.
