LITTLE ROCK – As the search for escaped convict Grant Hardin entered its second week, Arkansas authorities released A photographic depiction of a convict and former police chief known as the “demon in the Ozarks” on Tuesday.
The updated image was made public as state legislators voiced concerns regarding Hardin’s escape and announced plans too scrutinize the circumstances surrounding it.
