The Pinnacle Guide: A New Standard for Cocktail Excellence

The Pinnacle Guide is rapidly gaining recognition as a extensive and trusted resource for discerning cocktail enthusiasts worldwide. Unlike customary ranking systems, the Pinnacle Guide emphasizes a holistic evaluation process, considering not only the quality of drinks but also the well-being of bar staff and the implementation of sustainable practices.This innovative approach aims to challenge the status quo and set a new benchmark for excellence in the cocktail industry.

The evaluation process involves a rigorous assessment based on key criteria,followed by anonymous reviews from a global network of industry experts and passionate cocktail lovers who visit the bars in person. Bars that meet the guide’s stringent standards are awarded PINs, which are valid for two years, after which the bars can re-apply to maintain or improve their status.

In the latest round of awards,31 bars worldwide received Pinnacle Guide recognition. Of these, 25 bars were awarded one PIN, while six bars earned two pins. Currently, no bar has achieved the coveted three-PIN status, meaning that London’s Lyaness remains the sole holder of this top honor.
