Aidaraliev’s contributions include:

• Participation in the 25th Soviet Antarctic Expedition (1979-1981), a groundbreaking achievement for a Kyrgyz scientist.
• Pioneering a new direction in the theory of human adaptation to extreme conditions, focusing on performance prediction, health preservation, and functional state evaluation.
