The MV/HV Testing SME will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and efficacy of Siemens Energy’s testing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Appointed Person (AP): Serving as the designated authority for MV/HV testing, guaranteeing adherence to all relevant safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Safe System of Work (SSoW): Taking ownership of the ssow for MV/HV testing, continuously refining and improving it to mitigate risks and enhance safety protocols.
- Asset Management: Overseeing the maintenance, calibration, and reliability programs for all MV/HV electrical testing assets, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Product Development Engineering and R&D Testing teams to define precise requirements for custom electrical testing setups, facilitating innovation and product advancement.
- Industry Awareness: Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and actively participating in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of products under test, contributing to continuous advancement and problem-solving.
Essential qualifications: Expertise and Analytical Acumen
