Physical violence and attacks like this do not belong on the ski slope, and I am shocked that this is the response of a 15-year-old to a fall that can happen at any time. This should have consequences, and then you can only hope that the boy who is kicked is doing well.

Aftermath and Differing Accounts
According to reports,the 15-year-old was attempting to overtake the younger competitor when the fall occurred. His team ultimately finished third in the relay. As of now, there have been no official sanctions reported against him.
Adding another layer to the controversy,the 13-year-old’s mother claims that the older athlete did not apologize after the race. rather, he allegedly demanded compensation for his broken ski.
