Raleigh Apartment Fire: Crews Respond to Blaze

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — Raleigh crews battled an apartment fire in the 6100 block of Shanda Drive.

Flames were seen going through the roof of the three-story building on Monday night.

Gusty winds were an issue as firefighters worked to get the fire under control.

Six apartments were damaged, but no one was hurt.

Approximately 60 firefighters fought the flames.

No cause has yet been determined.
